Our medical contact team includes doctors with vast experience in assisting during complex medical conditions, with profound knowledge of how to interact with doctors in Latin America.

For insurance companies: We also provide in-depth medical investigation for insurance adjudication process, we can contact treating physicians to obtain the information you need.

We translate medical documents from Spanish/English English/Spanish (other languages upon request). Our medical team includes certified medical translators, who are also active as doctors, with extensive clinical and translation experience. In the case of highly specialized documents, we consult with our team of medical specialists to ensure we deliver the best translation.

Repatriation of human remains is emotionally challenging for the family and friends and according, to an article published in the Journal of Travel Medicine, most of the traveler´s deaths are caused by cardiovascular diseases and motor vehicle accidents.

We coordinate the repatriation of the mortal remains, obtaining all the necessary documents with close monitoring of all the procedures. Repatriation can be coordinated together with the overseas medical insurance of the deceased.
